Breakfast catering in Helsingborg — planning a corporate breakfast

The base is simple and filling: fresh bread rolls, butter, cheese, ham, jam, freshly brewed coffee and juice. To elevate it we add home-baked cinnamon buns, yoghurt with granola, scrambled eggs, avocado or a fruit platter.

Everything adapts to allergies and preferences — vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free are no problem, just tell us when you order.

Rule of thumb: count 1.5–2 rolls per person when guests have eaten at home, and 2–3 when breakfast is their first meal (early kickoff, all-day meeting). Coffee usually lands at 2 cups per person, juice around 200 ml.

Aim for delivery 20–30 minutes before guests arrive so the coffee is hot and the buffet is set. For an 08:00 meeting that means around 07:30. We deliver across central Helsingborg and can arrive earlier if you have a door code or a receptionist to receive us.

We're on Södra storgatan in the middle of town, so the run to offices around Helsingborg is short and the coffee always arrives warm. Rolls and pastries are baked in-house the same morning, the coffee is our own house blend, and you'll actually talk to a person on the phone when you call — no order portal, no anonymous call centre.
